Jeff Young is a seasoned technology leader with over two decades of experience in systems engineering, software development, and IT infrastructure. After graduating from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Computer & Systems Engineering, he joined FactSet, a financial services firm in Greenwich, CT, where he played a pivotal role in growing the company from 70 to over 7,500 employees. As Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for eight years, Jeff led a global team of more than 500, overseeing Corporate IT, Network Engineering, Systems Administration, Security, and more. His leadership on the senior executive team helped shape the firm's technology strategy, driving innovation and supporting its rapid expansion. Jeff's unique blend of engineering expertise and executive leadership enables him to effectively bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic business goals.
